This is a contract made and entered into this ________ day of ________. By and between ___________ (Seller) and__________________ (Buyer). REGISTRATION PAPERS (NAPDR) ARE AVAILABLE BUT THERE IS A $10 FEE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR PUPPY That for and in consideration of the mutual promises contained, and the covenants, conditions and terms hereof including the purchase price of $600.00 This includes deworming, first vaccine & 1 yr health guarantee (genetic defect) The parties agree as follows: A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy until it is weaned. The puppy you are purchasing is of pet quality and must be spayed or neutered by the age of six months. A copy of the veterinarian certificate must be sent as proof that the puppy was spayed or neutered. Failure to do so or breeding your puppy will invalidate this contract. Unless other arrangements have been made with the seller and buyer. I do not guarantee size.
